Who else provides training and support for researchers?
- Library - offers a range of research information skills sessions, including literature searching, citation analysis, and reference management.
- Careers Service - offers a full calendar of events including employer fairs, web chats, seminars, 1:1 CV sessions, and the Online Guide to Academic Careers
- UMIP IP Awareness Resource - provides an online intellectual property resource for researchers and academics
- Manchester Enterprise Centre - offers enterprise skills workshops and the online research to enterprise resource
- Staff Training and Development Unit (STDU) - open to all staff across the University, offers health & safety, leadership and management and personal development courses.
- Research Computing Services - offers programming, high end computing and visualization courses including MATLAB
- IT Services - offers a range of self-paced and downloadable IT training materials.
- Women in Science and Technlogy - offers a calendar of inspirational networking events and courses.
